Reporting
There are 3 areas for reporting: Pivot, Admin and Contract. Reporting can be accessed through the Reporting menu option for users who have access.
Pivot

Admin
User Login History The User Login History report displays the Login and Logout information for users. The report parameters are First Name, Last Name, Start Date and End Date. To see the login history for a user just enter data in the Name fields and generate the report. To further reduce the data to a particular timeframe, add in Start Date and End Date parameters.
Select the Export Type from the dropdown
Click Export to generate the report.
To view the following Export reports, select an Export Type.
Click Export.
Export Users
This report displays all active and inactive users for the client. To view all Users, select an Export Type and click Export.
Export Contract Approval Hierarchy
This report displays the Approval Grouping definitions and displays the Approval Grouping Map information between users and the groupings.
