Notifications

Application notifications are presented upon Menu expansion and are positioned beneath the client's logo.

The notification bell's color indicates status: green signifies no unread notifications, while red denotes new notifications. Clicking the bell will open the notification window with the “Show Unread” tab automatically selected.

The notification will include the commenter's identity, the comment note, any associated attachment name, and the submission date and time. Furthermore, if the comment pertains to an invoice, claim, or contract, a direct navigational link to that specific document will be provided. To mark a comment as read, select the 'X' located in the upper-right corner of the comment; this will relocate it from the Unread list to the Show All list. To permanently delete a comment, select the 'x' icon on the comment within the Show All list, and subsequently click the trashcan icon.

A Delete Notification confirmation dialog will appear. Select Yes to proceed with the deletion, or select No to retain the notification.

To dismiss the Notification window, either click the 'X' icon located in the upper-right corner or select any other area within the application interface.
