reset_a_password

Resetting a Password

If a user forgets their password, there's a simple process to reset the password. Go to the User Admin screen.

Select the user that needs their password reset by clicking a row. Click the Reset Password hyperlink.

This will open an Account Editor Popup. Click the Reset Password button within that popup to send the selected user an updated password.

A prompt will display stating an email was sent to the the user with a new password. The user can login with the new password, and if they want to change it, that can be done on the My Account - Profile screen.
