Resetting a Password

If a user forgets their password, there's a simple process to reset the password. Go to the User Admin screen.

Select the user that needs their password reset - the row will be highlighted blue. Now click on the Reset Password button.

A prompt will display stating an email was sent to the the user with a new password. The user can login with the new password, and if they want to change it, that can be done on the My Account - Profile screen.
