Resetting a Password

When a user forgets their password or just wants to change it, there's a simple process to get it updated. Go here.

Highlight the user that needs a reset. It will turn their line blue. Now click on the Reset Password button.

You will get a prompt letting you know the user just got an email with their new password. They can now log in and change it if they like.
