Renewing a Contract

To renew a contract, open the contract and select Renew from the Actions section on the top right of the screen.


You'll notice some fields cannot be changed via the Renew process. For example you can change dates but you can't change the Contractee. Almost everything else comes over as is.


Once done, click on save at the bottom of the screen.


Then if you are ready to submit it to be approved, click on the submit button.


You'll notice the Contract ID now shows that this is the 2nd contract(1st renewal + original) since you renewed the original version.
