My Account Profile

To update account profile settings, select the Profile option in the dropdown next to your name.

The Profile screen is broken out into four sections: Profile, Reset password, Options, and Internet Calendars.


Profile

This section is where the user's email address and name can be updated.


Reset Password

If a password needs to be reset, enter the current password then a new password. More information can be found by referencing the reset_a_password section of the help documents.


Options

This sections contains both the option to set a specific timezone as well as select Notification Types.

Set the timezone to the location in which you'd like to see times displayed.

Notification Types can be set to receive notifications automatically for any notes/attachments added to Invoices, Claims, Contracts and CRM. This means that even if the user entering the note has not specifically selected you to receive a notification, you will still be notified. Below are the notification types and a description.

To add a notification type, highlight the row(s) on the Available Notification Types section. Multiple rows can be selected by using the shift or ctrl buttons.

Once the rows are selected, click the right arrow.

The highlighted rows will move to the Selected Notification Types section.

Notification Types can be removed by selecting from the right grid and clicking the left arrow.

Don't forget to click Save!


Internet Calendars

This section is used for clients with CRM data. More information can be found in the setting_up_task_calendars of the help documents.
