Notes & Attachments
Notes and/or Attachments can be added to a Claim in either Edit or View mode for a claim in any state.
Go to the Notes & Attachments tab within the claim.
Click the Add button located on the bottom right of the screen.
The user name is displayed at the top of the textbox. Enter any notes to add to the claim here. To add an attachment, click the Attachment button and select a file.
Click Save to close the popup and save the note and/or attachment to the claim. To cancel the action, click the Close button.
Both the notes and attachment fields are optional. A note can be added without an attachment or an attachment can be added without a note.
Editing a Note or Deleting an Attachment
A user can modify their own note or delete an attachment within the first 24 hours of adding the note and/or attachment. After that time, notes and attachments are non-editable.
