Home Page Widgets
The Widgets on the Home Page allow you gain quick insight into your Contracts, Claims, Deductions and Exceptions. Clicking the green circle will re-direct to the related data.
Contracts Waiting on Me
This widget displays a count of your draft contracts and contracts which need your approval.
My Expiring Contracts
This widget displays a count of contracts which expired within the past 10 days and contracts which will be expiring. The count does NOT include contracts which already have a renewal.
Contracts Approval
This widget displays a count of the user's submitted contracts which are waiting for approval, and a count of their submitted contracts which have been approved in the past 30 days.
Claims
This widget displays a count of claims in a Draft, Evaluation, Pended and Submitted status. The Total Amount Requested is displayed for each of the status reasons.
Pended Claims
This widget displays a count of claims which are Pended by pend reason. This also displays the Total Amount Requested for claims Pended for each pend reason.
Active Rejected Claims
This widget displays a count of claims Rejected this week, last week and two weeks prior.
Deduction - State
This widget displays a count and amount of Deductions by deduction state.
Unmatched Grouping
This widget displays a count of users, companies, or products which are set up but don't belong in a group. For example, the count associated with Product displays 30 in the screenshot below. That means there are 30 products which do not belong to a product grouping.
