General Information
Browser Recommendation
The recommended browsers for using GoSimple are Edge and Firefox.
Note: there are some pages for some users using Chrome where the page times out and never loads.
Menu Navigation
There are 2 different default settings for the menu display which depends on your screen resolution. If the screen resolution is wider than 1,535 pixels, then menu will display on the left and not overlap the data on the screen.
If the screen resolution width is less than 1,535 pixels, the menu is collapsed by default. To view the menu, click on the Menu text. When the menu is displaying on this resolution, it will overlap the screen display. As soon as a menu item is clicked, the menu will collapse when navigating to a new page.
When a section is expanded, all members within that group display in a dark border section. In the first screenshot above, the claim section is expanded.
Right arrow indicates the menu section can be expanded.
Down arrow indicates the menu section is expanded.
Paper clip indicates the actual page.
Sign Out
The Sign Out option is in the dropdown next to the user name.
If the menu is displaying the name appears on the left side and if the menu is collapsed the name appears on the right side.
