Contract Approval Grouping
The Contract Approval Grouping is broken out into two screens:
The Contract Approval Grouping Definition Admin is where the Groupings are defined and organized into a contract approval grouping hierarchy.
The Contract Approval Grouping Association Admin is where the Users will be added to the previously defined Approval Groupings.
Contract Approval Grouping Definition Admin
This is where the contract approval groups are defined. To add a new row, click Add and enter in the Grouping Description, Grouping CD, select an Approval Role and set Active/Inactive indicator. The Approval Role options are Finalizer, Intermediary and Submitter.
On the right hand side you then build out the Contract Approval Grouping Hierarchy. To move a Grouping from the grid to the hierarchy, just left click and drag the grouping to the hierarchy section.
