Company Aggregate Admin

The Company Aggregate Admin is broken out into two screens:

The Company Aggregate Grouping Definition Admin is where the Groupings are defined.

The Company Aggregate Association Admin is where the Companies will be added to the previously defined Aggregate Groupings.

Company Aggregate Grouping Definition Admin

This is where aggregate groupings can be added or modified. To add a new grouping, click Add. This will add a blank row in the grid. Enter in the Grouping Description, Grouping CD, and select a Company Type. The Active box will be checked by default.

Note that when selecting a Company Type, only companies with the same company type can be added to that aggregate grouping. Once companies are assigned to that group, the Company Type cannot be changed.

Don't forget to click Save after Adding or Editing

Company Aggregate Association Admin

To add companies to the Company Aggregate Groupings previously defined, navigate to the Company Aggregate Association Admin screen. The grid will display all companies. The first column labeled Hierarchy Member indicates if a company is a member of a grouping. If false, the company is not yet assigned to an aggregate group. If true, the company is assigned to an aggregate group - select a company row in the grid and the aggregate grouping on the right will expand and display to which aggregate grouping that company is a member.

In the screenshot below, the company grid is filtered to a Company Name containing “Naples”. Neither company is a member of an aggregate group - note the hierarchy member column is false.

To add these companies to the previously created aggregate group USF Naples Test, select the rows and drag them to the group on the right. Multiple rows can be moved at once by using the shift or ctrl button while selecting the rows.

The hierarchy member will update to true and the companies will display as members of the aggregate group.

Don't forget to click Save
