Client Letters Administration

ContractGO comes with several standard letters you can use throughout the industry to let your partners know what the actual agreement details are. This allows you to send out a standard legal document vs. each sales person doing it their own way.

Each letter allows you to edit it so it has your verbiage and legalese on it.

There are 5 letters:

1. Contractee Letter:
2. Distributor Billback Letter:
3. Reject Letter:
4. Deduction Letter:
5. Repay Letter:

Here's how you can edit them. In the Admin>Client Set Up Admin>Client Letters Admin area you'll see a dropdown of the available letters. Pick the one you want to edit.

Now you'll see the 6 areas you can enter your own verbiage. If you don't use them all, no problem. Just leave it blank.
