Claim Menu Options
The Claim Menu drop down provides different options for searching claims. Other than the Claim Search, a user has the option to view claims in the following statuses: Drafts, Holds, Pended, Rejected, Contractless, Evaluation, and Submitted.
Drafts
Select this menu option to view all claims in a Draft status. These claims are entered in the system but have not yet been Submitted.
Holds
Select this menu option to view all claims in a Hold status. These claims are on Hold due to either backup issues or are a duplicate claim possibility and will be worked by GoSimple.
Pended
Select this menu option to view all claims in a Pended status. Claims can be Pending at a header level or line item level. See the Claim Pended help menu for addition information on pending claims.
Rejected
Select this menu option to view all claims in a Rejected status.
Contractless
Select this menu option to view all claims which do not have a contract assigned to them. See the Resolving Pending Claims help section for details on how to resolve these claims.
