Changing your Password
If you need to reset or change your password go to the My Account tab and click on profile.
You will see this area.
Enter your current password, select a new password and confirm that password.
To reset a forgotten password click the Forgot Password link on the login screen. An email will be sent to you with a temporary password.
Copy and paste the passphrase to login.
Example email: From: noreply@gosimple.me
Your new GoSimple password is: brewery_jukebox_ashes_upload
Please copy and paste the passphrase above to login to GoSimple. Be aware not to copy extra spaces.
Your organization may enforce a password policy requiring a minimum password complexity. If you do not meet this complexity requirement, you will see a warning such as:
Use the suggestions in the tool tip to help pick a password which is sufficiently secure.
Now you can click save at the bottom of the screen.
