Reporting
Reporting can be accessed through the Reporting menu option for users who have access.
Admin Reports
User Login History
The User Login History report displays the Login and Logout information for users. The report parameters are First Name, Last Name, Start Date and End Date. To see the login history for a user, just enter data in the Name fields and generate the report. To further reduce the data to a particular time frame, add the Start Date and End Date parameters.
Select the Export Type from the dropdown.
Click Export to generate the report.
Export Reports
To view the Export reports in the Admin report list, first select an Export Type.
Then click Generate.
A wait message will appear indicating that the report is generating.
After the report is generated, it will display as a hyperlink in hte Generated Reports section of the Report Runner. Click the hyperlink to view the report.
Export Users
Report displays all active and inactive Users and includes Email Address and Access Role information.
Export Contract Approval Hierarchy
Report displays the Approval Grouping definitions and displays the Approval Grouping Map information between users and group.
Export Companies
Report displays all active and inactive Companies and includes the Company Number, Company Type and Address information.
Export Company Type
Report displays all active and inactive Company Types defined for the client.
Export Company Groups
Report displays the Company Grouping definitions and displays the Company Grouping Map information between company and group.
Export LumpSums
Report displays all active and inactive LumpSums defined for the client.
Export Products
Report displays all active and inactive Products defined for the client. The report includes Product Number, GTIN, Brand Name, Default Price, Default UOM, Active Indicator, UOM Conversion Rates and User Defined Field information.
Export Product Groups
Report displays all the Product Grouping definitions and displays the Product Grouping Map information between product and group.
Export Unit of Measures
Report displays all active and inactive Units of Measure for the client.
Export Claim Reason Codes
Report displays the Code and Description information for all header-level and detail-level Pend and Reject Reasons.
Export Master Feed Exceptions
Report displays the Master Feed Exceptions. When exported to excel, this displays the different exceptions on separate tabs. The Exception Definitions are displayed on the first tab followed by Company, Company Attribute, Product, Product Attribute, Product UOM Conversion, Account, Deduction, Sale, and Mapping exceptions.
The following reports are currently under development: Exceptions Product, Exceptions Company, Exceptions Users.
