User Settings
To update account profile settings, select the User Settings option in the dropdown under your name.
The Profile screen is broken out into four sections: Profile, Reset password, Options, and Internet Calendars.
Profile
This section is where the user's email address and name can be updated.
Reset Password
If a password needs to be reset, enter the current password then a new password. More information can be found by referencing the reset_a_password section of the help documents.
Options
This sections contains both the option to set a specific timezone as well as select Notification Types.
To add a notification, check the Enable box to receive the notification via the application icon. To receive an Email notification, check both the Enable and Email boxes.
Set the timezone to the location in which you'd like to see times displayed.
Click Save after making updates.
Notification Types can be set to receive notifications either via the notification icon or email automatically for any notes/attachments added to Invoices, Claims, Contracts and CRM. This means that even if the user entering the note has not specifically selected you to receive a notification, you will still be notified. Below are the notification types and a description.
Internet Calendars
This section is used for clients with CRM data. More information can be found in the setting_up_task_calendars of the help documents.
