 The Company Aggregate Admin is broken out into two screens:

 To set a parent company, select the company row within the company grid.  Then click the Set Parent button at the bottom of the screen.

 This will change the icon on the company in the grouping section from {{:pasted:20160817-112253.png}} to {{:pasted:20160817-112311.png}}.  The star indicates the Parent company.
