+**Pictures can be added to Contract Letters**
+The ability to add pictures to the letters was added back in so you can add your exclusion lists to the contract
+letters.
+There are limitations on the size of the pictures so try it, then run a letter to check to make sure the picture fits
+within the letter parameters.

+**Option in letters to add backouts and exclusions**
+You must have admin access to update the letter templates within your role to access this feature. This feature is ONLY available on the Distributor contract letter.
+There is a new section for contract letters to include the backouts and exclusions.
+  * This setting will be defaulted to no, so to use this setting simply choose the letter you want to update and unhide this section of the letter so this information will be available.
+Go to the distributor contract letter you want to update, scroll down to the Autopay Backup and Autopay Exclusions section of the letter.  Remove the checkbox in the “Hide section” to show these details.
