Operator Requests

The Operator Requests admin screen can be accessed by clicking the count on the Operator Requests widget or by selecting Operator Requests in the Admin menu. Only users who are set up with permissions to this feature will be able to access the Operator Requests grid.

There are 2 tabs at the top of the grid. The Operator Requests tab which lists the newly requested Operator, and the Operators tab which displays the current Operators as non-editable.


Approving an Operator

Click on an company row to update and process the operator request. This will display the company information which was already entered in the editor below the grid. The fields can be modified, if needed.

To approve the operator request, enter in a unique company number and click Approve.

This will update the Active Indicator to True for that company record.


Duplicate Company Number

If the company number entered already exists, a notification will display when Approve is selected.

Click Enter Unique Company Number to cancel the approval process. This will close the notification and a different company number can be entered.

Click Replace to update the Contractee on all contracts which contain the requested company to the existing company. For example, in the screenshot above, if Replace is selected all contracts which have “Tobi's Tortillas” as the contractee would be updated to have “Subway” as the contractee. This deletes the requested operator from the system completely.


Rejecting an Operator

To Reject an operator request, select the company row and click Reject.

A confirmation popup will display. The name of the company displays in the top banner of the popup. Click Cancel to cancel the reject operator action. To reject the operator, click the Reject button. This will update the company Active Indicator to False for that company record.

Contracts created with a Rejected Operator will need to be manually rejected by the contract creator.
