Home Page Widgets
The Widgets on the Home Page allow you gain quick insight into your Contracts, Claims, Deductions and Exceptions. Clicking the green circle will re-direct to the related data.
Contracts Waiting on Me
This widget no longer exists. It was combined with the My Contracts and Contract Approval widgets.
My Contracts
This widget displays a count of contracts which the user has created or has create rights. Draft, Expired in the last 10 days and contracts which will be Expiring within certain time frames display. The count does NOT include contracts which already have a renewal or Terminated contracts.
All Contracts
This widget displays a count of all contracts in the system that the user has visibility to. Draft, Expired in the last 10 days and contracts which will be Expiring within certain time frames display. The count does NOT include contracts which already have a renewal or Terminated contracts. This differs from the My Contracts in that it not based on the contract creator - this gives an overview of all contracts based on the user's contract visibility.
Contracts Approval
This widget displays counts for Contracts in an Evaluation state that the user has visibility to and is based on the criteria listed.
All Contracts Awaiting Approval is a count of contracts which are in Evaluation that the user has the ability to Approve.
My Contracts Awaiting Approval is a count of contracts which are in an Evaluation state that I submitted or sub-approved that are waiting the next level of approval or final approval.
Approved in the Past 30 days is a count of contracts approved during the last 30 days.
Contracts Awaiting My Approval is a count of contracts which I need to Approve.
Contracts with No Activity
The Contracts with No Activity Widget displays a count of active contracts, based on the percent of contract timeframe completed, which have no claims on the contract.
Operator Requests
This widget displays a count of new operators created. Only users who are set up with permissions to this feature will have access to the operator request grid.
Claims
This widget displays a count of claims in a Draft, Evaluation, Pended and Submitted status. The Total Amount Requested is displayed for each of the status reasons.
Pended Claims
This widget displays a count of claims which are Pended by pend reason. This also displays the Total Amount Requested for claims Pended for each pend reason.
Claims - Days since Creation
This widget displays a count of aged claims based on the Create Date for VIP claimants and Non-VIP claimants. The Aged Days is the count of days from the Invoice Create Date till today.
Active Rejected Claims
This widget displays a count of claims Rejected this week, last week and two weeks prior.
Deduction - State
This widget displays a count and amount of Deductions by deduction state.
Deduction - Days Since Creation
This widget displays a count of Open Deductions for specific time frames. The Client Deduction Amount Open is also displayed.
Unmatched Grouping
This widget displays a count of users, companies, or products which are set up but don't belong in a group. For example, the count associated with Product displays 30 in the screenshot below. That means there are 30 products which do not belong to a product grouping. The Contract Visibility and Claim Visibility Unmatched Grouping show a count of Users and Companies not assigned to a visibility group.
Inbound Feed Exceptions
This widget displays a count of records in an exception state for each of the exception types listed.
Note: The counts listed here are not clickable. To see the exceptions, run the Export Master Feed Exceptions report from the Reporting menu.
