CRM Dashboard and Searches
Dashboard Widgets
The CRM Widgets can be configured on the Widget page. Click the dropdown next to the user name to access the Widget Menu.
Navigate to the CRM > Dashboard tab and the Available Widgets are listed.
To add a widget, click and drag the widget to the Selected Widget section.
Don't forget to click Save to Save changes. The # column indicates the order in which the widgets will display.
CRM Widgets Defined
Each of the Widgets below also has a corresponding “My…” widget. The widgets below list ALL the counts related to the opportunities and tasks but the “My…” widget displays counts where the user is the Account Representative linked to the Location.
Opportunities Pipeline: Displays the count of Opportunities broken out by Pipeline
Task-Status: Displays the count of Tasks by Status
Complete Task-Category: Displays the count of Complete Tasks by Category
Incomplete Task-Category: Displays the count of Incomplete Tasks by Category
Complete Task-Dates: Displays a count of Complete Tasks by specific date ranges
Incomplete Task-Dates: Displays a count of Incomplete Tasks by specific date ranges
CRM Search Options
Within the CRM menu there are 4 search options: Location, Contract, Opportunity and Task.
Click on the menu option and the corresponding search grid will display.
