**__Resetting a Password__**

If a user forgets their password, there's a simple process to reset the password. Go to the User Admin screen.

Select the user that needs their password reset by clicking a row.  Click the Reset Password hyperlink.

This will open a popup window.  If you want to reset the password, click on the Reset Password button and an email with a link to change the password will be sent to the user.  The links are only valid for 48hrs.  You will get a green notification at the top of the screen at the top right of your screen to confirm the password for the user has been reset.
