 The first tab on the report explains every exception type and an explanation.  The count should always be zero in this widget.  Most of the time the master data needs to be fixed and resent to us based on the issue.  Or an update might be needed in the admin section to add/modify records.  If neither of those resolve the inbound feed exception then contact the account manager.
